We offer a vast range of clothing options using three distinct media types:
- Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)
- Sublimation
- Direct-to-Film (DTF)*
Each has its own benefits and drawbacks depenging on your requirments
Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTF)
Heat vinyl uses a specialist film that is heated until it bonds into the outer fibers of the garment, leaving a slightly raised finish. It tends to be the most cost-effective option for simple graphics, though multi-coloured designs require layering, which can make the garment feel heavier. It also tends not to be as resilient to repeated wear and high-temperature washing. It is typically used for festival t-shits, hen and stag party gear, fancy dress, and sports clothing.

Sublimation
Sublimation is a printing method where a design is printed with specialist inks onto a transfer sheet and heat-pressed into the garment. This creates a chemical reaction that infuses the ink directly into the fabric, leaving a completely flat texture where the fibres themselves are dyed. This process works best on light-coloured, high-polyester fabrics and produces a smooth, permanent finish.

DTF
Direct-to-Film involves printing directly onto a specialised film substrate which is then heat-transferred to the garment. The primary benefit is that the transfer is applied as a single piece that will not peel or crack easily. It supports full, vibrant colours and can be applied seamlessly to dark and light garments alike.
